There are 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. The kitchen has a dining table and the living room is spacious and bright with a cozy fireplace. The garden is spacious and fenced and has a terrace with garden furniture. There is also a small terrace at the front of the house. The living area is 110 m2 and the garden is 1190 m2. Because of the unique location in the dunes, you can walk straight onto the beach. *Tenants can expect that when they arrive, the area around the house is free of dog faeces.
*Tenants with a dog are expected to manually remove any dog faeces that end up in the garden.

In case of negligence, an amount of 100 euros will be deducted from the deposit to pay for the costs of cleaning up.
