The heart of the house is the south-facing large, bright conservatory with dining and sitting area and patio doors leading to the terrace and garden. The conservatory connects to the sitting room with fireplace, radio, CD player, television and DVD player. The house has central and underfloor heating. The conservatory and sitting room can be separated from each other by sliding glass or wooden doors. The utility room is used as the entrance to the house. It is the space for the jackets, shoes, beach and sports equipment. The utility room also houses the washing machine and dryer. The spacious kitchen is open to the conservatory and is fully equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, hand blender, hand mixer, Nespresso machine, juicer, toaster. The house is surrounded by a garden with a beautiful border and a large lawn. The conservatory connects to the garden and the terrace with a dining table for twelve people. In line with the driveway is an outbuilding, which is occupied by the owner. The driveway has space for three cars. You have access to a beach cabin with beach chairs, windscreen, a table and a bench.
